Mrs. Rethel H. Dehart, age 89, of Mineral Bluff, died Saturday June 3, 2017.

Mrs. Dehart was born July 25, 1927 in Polk County TN. The daughter of the late J.T. (Jim) and Mae Nix Harris. She was a graduate of Fannin County High School, homemaker, and member of the Toccoa Baptist Church. Her parents, Husband, Earl Dehart, daughter; Donna Dehart, and siblings Floyd Harris, Elbert Harris, Walter Harris, J.T. Harris, Sammy Harris, Minnie Hawkins, Myrtle Botts, and Dollie Harris preceded her in death.

Survivors include: son and daughter-in-law: Donald and Diane Dehart, Ellijay, Grandchildren and spouses, Joey and Lindsey Dehart, Kellie and Matthew Davenport, Hannah and Chris Mullinax, Brian and Brandi Byrd, 8 great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law: Gladys Killian,Marietta, Faye Harris, Cleveland TN,  caregivers, Becky Hubner, Martha Wilson, Sandra Battle, Donna Portus and Tonya Michael, several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday June 7,2017 at 2:00pm from the Toccoa Baptist Church with Rev. Joe Dan Wilkins officiating. The body will lie-in-state at the church Wed. from 1 until 2:00pm. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

The family will meet with friends Tuesday from 5 until 8 pm at the funeral home.
